Hello! Effy here is from a world that's pretty much the same as ours, especially as far as pop culture is concerned, and since she is a young teen, she's likely to recognise characters from at least relatively popular canons! To avoid stepping on anyone's toes, I set up this post so you can tell me if she's allowed to recognise your character and such, or if you'd rather opt out of such tomfoolery entirely. :3 Thanks for your time!

I'd rather she not recognize Steph (which...it seems pretty unlikely she would, anyway) but general DCU stuff is fine. :)

And she wouldn't be the first one to recognize Remus, thank you Humankat, so no worries there.

Knowing Minoru's universe is fine w me (though I'd check with Dairine's player too!); he's an OC so you obv won't know him, like, personally

Murai's canon is fairly obscure and Fang's is probably a little before Effy's time (Dave the Barbarian ran for a single season in 2004), but I'm open to having either of them recognized if you feel it's appropriate.

don't know if she would have read discworld books, but it's cool if she recognizes vimes from 'em if she has. rose has already told vimes that she recognizes him from books and she knows about his life so that'd be cool.

The Temeraire series is kind of obscure, so IDK if she'd have read any of it.
But if she's watched Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog she'll probably recognize Horrible - just chat with me first, though, since I don't want the whole dual-identities thing coming out quite yet.
